Schedule of Interview
A. The schedule for Campus Interview August-September, 2013

The Committee for Members in Industry (CMII) provides opportunity to the employers to interact with newly qualified Chartered Accountants and makes all arrangements at its centres, thereby providing a cost effective mode of recruiting newly qualified Chartered Accountants. An organisation and firms of Chartered Accountants may participate at one or more centres and recruit Chartered Accountants.

Start and Closing Date for filling up initial details for validation of data: : 30^th April 2013 to 10^th July 2013
(For Candidate who have qualified in (i) Nov 2012 (ii) May 2012 or (iii) whose results were declared in revaluation/re verification after 21^st February, 2013 and all covered in (i) and (ii) completing their articleship and GMCS between 31^st March 2013 and 30^th September 2013 http://www.cmii.icai.org/article.asp

II^nd round Registration of candidates for II^nd Choice centre only (covered under S No 4 and 5 in table given below): 9^th August, 2013 (Upto 05:00 PM).

(Candidates who have missed the registration in First round and also resubmission and editing of selected portion of online form by the candidates who have opted one smaller and one bigger centre before merger with the centre of their second choice (its mandatory for inclusion of data with bigger centre).

Attending the Orientation Programme is not compulsory for the candidates. However, it is advised to attend the programme in order to gain the knowledge and hands on experience from eminent Speakers to face the Interviews effectively.

Norms for Allotment of Day Slots for participating in the Campus Interviews August-September, 2013:

The allotment of days in the Campus Placement Programme will be made by CMII Secretariat as per the following norms:

Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi	Day Premier	Companies Paying CTC Rs. 9 Lacs Per Annum & above (INR) for domestic Posting or USD 60,000 Per Annum and above for International Posting to all the candidates.	Companies which want to recruit more than 30 candidates from all centres & paying CTC more than Rs. 8 lacs Per Annumto all the candidates.
	Day 1	Companies Paying CTC Rs. 7 lacs Per Annum & above to all the candidates.	Companies which want to recruit more than 20 candidates from a centre & paying CTC more than Rs. 6 lacs Per Annum to all the candidates.
	Day 2	Companies Paying CTC 6 lacs Per Annum & above to all the candidates.	Companies which want to recruit more than 20 candidates from all locations & paying CTC more than Rs. 5 lacs Per Annum to all the candidates.
	Day 3	Companies Paying CTC Rs. 5 lacs Per Annum & above to all the candidates.	Companies which want to recruit 15 candidates from all locations & paying CTC more than Rs. 4.5 lacs Per Annum to all the candidates.
	$Day 4	Companies Paying CTC Rs. 4.5 lacs Per Annum & above to all the candidates	Companies which want to recruit 10 candidates from all locations & paying CTC more than Rs. 4 lacs Per Annum to all the candidates.

Allowance, Other allowances; Benefits/Perks/Reimbursements like Value of company car, Car subsidy (or equivalent tax savings), Driver's salary, Maintenance and Petrol Expenses, Leave Travel Allowance, Canteen Subsidy, Telephone Expenses, Mobile Phone, Club Membership, Electricity/Gas, Servant/Gardener, Credit Cards, Furnishings/Durables, Holiday facilities, Medical reimbursements, Medical insurance, Personal Accident Scheme, other benefits; Retirals like Provident fund, Superannuation fund, Gratuity; Bonus like Fixed Bonus, Productivity linked Variable Bonus, Any other performance oriented incentive including Stock Option Plan and; Soft Loans like Interest subsidy, etc.
